This position will report directl to the Controller and will execute high priority activities in support of projects critical to the company's growth. The qualified person will compile and analyze data on trends, profitability and effectiveness of existing and developing customer segments and new business development opportunities and is expected to participate on teams that evaluate and recommend action on these opportunities to senior management. An in-depth understanding of financial budgeting, margin analysis and the cost structure of an organization coupled with the understanding of how future trends in business and economic environment will impact financial performance over time is necessary. Experience across a broad range of business assignments is significant.

Te requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

?

  • Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting an d 4+ years professional accounting/finance experience, of which at least two years are as a senior financial analyst or higher role. Perform extensive financial modeling in support of Financial Planning goals and further enhances operating company financial analysis and controls.

  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for meetings with management staff and Board of Directors.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis as requested by management to evaluate new business growth opportunities and provide meaningful business and financial insight to support or dismiss the opportunity.
  • Ability to participate on cross-organizational teams seeking to improve financial and/or operating performance across the whole company as required with particular focus on financial systems enhancements .
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple assignments under time constraints; willingness to work through completion of projects.
  • Strong communication and decision-making expertise, solid interpersonal skills along with effective written and oral skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Self-starting, proactive individual that is comfortable working independently and in teams.
  • Strong Excel skills required. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required.
